This unique story began when the proceeds of a life insurance policy from Ben’s late mother, Janet Fishman Newman, funded Ben’s college education. The incredible value the proceeds from the policy provided Ben was the catalyst for Ben to immediately succeed upon becoming a life insurance agent and financial advisor with a Fortune 500 financial services firm.
Ben immediately positioned himself as one of the company’s rising stars due to his passion from his personal story. He empowers people to connect with their stories as he did, to drive them to their next level.
Well before his 10-year mark, Ben was in the top 2% in the world of all the company’s financial advisors.
Ben was literally and figuratively on top of the world.

By 2006 the company was asking Ben to speak and teach all over the country. His first keynote speech for the company was for 12,000 financial advisors.
On the heels of that came performance coaching for financial advisors.
Ben’s first coaching client was a 13-year veteran in the financial services industry and had a goal of qualifying for the Million Dollar Roundtable, a goal that would require nearly doubling this advisor’s results. Through his work with Ben, he doubled his practice and qualified for MDRT within three months.
And, so the Ben Newman Companies was born.
